Non-Certified Staff Trainings

DSP's are trained to assist participants with daily living tasks, participate in activities, and   integrate in their communities in a group home, day program, or community based day program setting. 

 Behavior technicians work under the supervision of certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals to implement behavior intervention plans and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Trainings include assisting skill development, behavior management protocols, data collection, and progress reporting. 

Participants with individualized education plans (IEPs may require and assistance in small groups, so these professional learn methods of  academic support and behavioral management  techniques.

 Trainings teach how to organize and lead recreational and leisure activities encouraging social interaction, sensory exploration, and skill development through suggested play and structured programs 

 Life skills coaches are trained on how to teach and reinforce essential life skills like personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, money management, and social skills. 

 Training for caregivers who provide 24/7 care and support care including meal preparation, medication administration, emotional support, and crisis management.

 Training for staff who offer guidance, resources, and emotional support while helping families navigate services and support systems relevant to their needs.  

Training for staff who assist autistic youth in integrating into their communities, facilitating social interactions, and helping them participate in community events and activities. 

Training for vocational settings, helping with learning job tasks, navigating workplace social dynamics, and ensuring participants have the necessary accommodations to succeed. 

  For those who provide transportation assistance ensuring participant's safe travel to and from therapy sessions, school, or community activities.
